Hi, I'm Jeanne!

I am a former Division I Softball Player turned full-time working mom of two young athletes. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Board Certified Sports Dietitian, I have spent the last decade helping thousands of clients, using science-based nutrition frameworks to build eating patterns that optimize athletic performance, reduce inflammation, enhance recovery, and promote overall health and well-being.
